Manufacturing Profit by Design

Design Victoria, together with Design Business Council, South East Business Networks and South East Melbourne Manufacturers Alliance present the Design Ready Workshop – “Manufacturing Profit By Design”.

Design Ready workshops demonstrate to Victorian small to medium enterprises how to successfully use design to increase competitiveness, innovation and export performance.

Seminar overview

In the world of business, change is constant - but it’s when the needs of the marketplace, manufacturing excellence and design best-practice are synchronized that the most successful products emerge.

Innovation is born from within each of these areas and it’s those businesses that can successfully harness ideas, evaluate their potential and apply them that are best positioned to profit in a fast moving marketplace.

Attendees to this breakfast will hear from Vaughan Bolwell, Business Development Manager at Bolwell Corporation, a Melbourne manufacturing icon that continues to successfully re-shape it’s products and it’s processes for growth in a diverse range of new and emerging markets.
