Workshop overview
Defining a brand is a journey of discovery- often self discovery. A brand once defined, needs to have an effective brand strategy to give you a major edge in increasingly difficult and competitive markets. Authenticity is an important part of effective brand strategy.
Sam Osborn is a brand marketer and strategist who has worked on the client side and on the consulting side. This makes Sam’s knowledge and experience invaluable to businesses to whom he consults and enables him to provide a balanced viewpoint when examining brand strategy.

• Brand strategy: what is it and why is it important?
• Define successful brand components;
• Discuss how to develop a brand model and how to bring a brand to life through all points of customer contact
