Workshop overview
People often form strong emotional bonds with products. Products that intrigue and make us curious can increase our desire for the product. However consumer considerations are often neglected when products are brought to market.
The importance of initial preparation and research, of names, labels, packaging, shape, colour, merchandising and philosophy in the product mix should not be underestimated. The same can be said for understanding who your target market is and learning valuable lessons about consumers and purchasers.
No matter what segment you are in, from primary industry to manufacturing to retail, releasing product to market involves serious risk and expense. If this risk can be minimised then your product is more likely to succeed.
Building stepping stones to success, this invaluable workshop will cover the preparatory work required to reduce the risk of taking products to market, as well as understanding who your target market is and what market the product will compete in.
