With over 100 attendees from the Victorian design and business community, Design Victoria launched the research publication entitled Five Years On. Victoria’s Design Sector 2003-2008 on December 5 at the Sir Redmond Barry Room, Collins St, Melbourne.
Five Years On was launched by Professor Margaret Gardner A.O, Vice-Chancellor and President RMIT University with keynote speaker Peter Williams, CEO Deloitte Digital, introduced by Tony Quick, Chair, Design Victoria's Advisory Board and Director and General Manager of GKN Aerospace Engineering Services.
Five Years On is part of a longitudinal research study of the Victorian Design sector, which commenced in 2003 and is scheduled for completion in 2011.
