Helen Rowell manages the Export Coordination Unit (ECU) in the Office of International Business and Export in the Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development (DIIRD). The ECU is responsible for the coordination and marketing of the Victorian Government's export facilitation programs including trade fairs and missions, export assistance grants, recognition awards and export services supplied through Victorian Government Business Offices overseas.
Prior to joining DIIRD in 2003, Helen acquired extensive experience in international business development, trade facilitation and project management with national industry associations, international companies, the Australian Government and the Canadian Government.
