Currently a member of VECCI’s Business Advisory team, Kerrie has over 15 years experience in consulting and operational management specialising in business planning, reconstruction and strategic navigation; Kerrie Degree’s in Science and Business are strengthened by a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from the AGSM, and she is a Six Sigma Champion.
Experienced in roles of acquisitions and mergers and tactical development within the value-chain in both the public and private sectors, her strengths are in strategic business development and workforce management, to achieve long-term financial profitability and sustainability. She has a successful track record in turning around business’ in Manufacturing; Printing; Information & Communications Technologies; Transport & Logistics; Fire & Safety; Mining; Franchising and Facilities Management.
Highly experienced in key areas of Stakeholder & Shareholder communications architecture, based on a collaborative and collegiate approach; and the long term benefits to an organisation in using the commercial platform of a Quadruple bottom-line – Financial, Environmental, Societal and Corporate Governance.
She has served in senior roles including General Manager, Operations Director and Technology Consultant, as well as Chair of the Whole-of-Government Integrated Publications Services Project (the rationalising and digitization of saleable and non-saleable publications for the Queensland Government.) She has worked with Industry advisory boards, achieving overall improvement in training, development, performance and service delivery.
Kerrie has worked in both large and small organisations and has extensive ‘hands on’ experience in Business Modeling; Process Reengineering; Organisational Development including Sustainability Programs; Strategic Partnerships and Collaborative Commerce; Contract Tendering, Negotiation and Management; Customer Relationship Management (CRM); Database Management & Mining and Predictive modelling; Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) as well as Hub & Spoke/satellite modelling.
