Kosmas is Associate Editor of the Family Business Review, and he is also on the editorial Board of a number of academic journals.
Since the awarding of his PhD, Kosmas has developed an extensive applied research record with over 100 international and national refereed publications in different disciplines, including marketing, psychology, physics, management, and accounting.
Kosmas has established international credentials in the family business and SME areas, having been involved in a number of prominent national and international research projects.
Kosmas is a Foundation Board Member of the International Family Enterprise Research Academy (IFERA).
In 1998 and 2001, he was awarded prizes for the Best International Research Papers at the 9th and 12th World Family Business Network Conference in Paris and Rome, respectively.
Kosmas is a recipient of over $1.5 million in research funding, including ARC and industry-based grants. Kosmas is also frequently called upon to provide expert media commentary on pertinent matters relating to SMEs.
