As a Senior Designer and Design Manager at Bayly Design for two stints totalling nearly 10 years, he helped grow the business and reinforce its reputation for creative and technical excellence. His contributions at Bayly were recognised numerous times in Australian and international design award events, including an Australian Design Award in 2002 for the Demain Angle Grinder, and an Australian Packaging Silver Award in 2006 for ICB’s Hygiene Plus Spray Cleaner bottle.

In 2007 Marc established Melbourne’s newest Strategic Product Development and Industrial Design studio, creatively (and uniquely!) named Marc Fraser Design. With a strong emphasis on creative problem solving, extensive technical design experience and the latest in design tools and collaboration technologies, it is Marc’s goal to provide Australian and International manufacturing, marketing and technology organisations with a comprehensive, competent and fresh alternative for their product development and design needs.

He is passionate about the importance of design in today’s modern corporate landscape:

“It’s crucial for Australian companies to engage professional design to innovate, and to remain relevant, competitive and sustainable. The process of Design provides infinite opportunities to explore, consider, develop and resolve complex problems – and the results of Design can truly deliver bottom line results, market appeal, and sustainable solutions for the planet.” Marc Fraser
