Michael Lelliott

Growing up in an advertising and ragtrade family Michael Lelliott graduated from the VCA, School of Fine arts in 1991. In 1995 Lelliott established a boutique brand agency - FISH. For eight years Lelliott and his team worked with a stable of clients in fashion, music, the arts and manufacturing. After working with Australian brand Crumpler since 1994, Michael accepted a full time role in Europe as Creative Director for Crumpler in 2003.

In mid 2006 Lelliott took on the role of Brand Director for KNOG, a project of Catalyst Design Group. KNOG, a cycling inspired urban accessory brand is establishing a strong international market presence in the high growth cycling industry.

Lelliott has contributed to KNOG’s innovative products, establishing a strong brand profile while proactively increasing the bottom line results. KNOG products are now sold through 37 distributors in 32 countries. KNOG’s hi-powered LED bike lamp – The Gator 605 – won the overall 2007 Australian Design Award and was awarded a 2007 European silver IF award. KNOG will be opening its first retail concept store on Chapel Street, Melbourne in March 2008.
