Paul Zawa
Partner, Minter Ellison


Paul joined Minter Ellison as a partner in 2004. Prior to that, he was a partner at another leading Australian law firm. Paul is recognised by Chambers Global as one of Australia's leading intellectual property lawyers. He provides advice and conducts litigation in trade mark, copyright, patent, design and confidential information matters.

Paul also conducts oppositions before the Australian Trade Marks and Patents Offices. He frequently acts in obtaining urgent interlocutory injunctions and is among a handful of Australian lawyers with a depth of experience in obtaining, executing and supervising Anton Piller orders. Paul also handles disputes involving computer software projects.
