Sarah has a background in Learning and Organisational Development spanning 25 years. She began her professional life as a teacher and rapidly became involved in training teachers and trainers in innovative classroom practices including the use of new technologies in the classroom.

Prior to the formation of PRONOIA, Sarah worked as a freelance Organisational Development specialist and Training Consultant in the Leadership and Management area.

Twelve years ago, when PRONOIA first formed and after completing qualifications in Counselling and Psychotherapy, Sarah began working with individual clients in a counselling, coaching and mentoring role.

As a result of client requests, Sarah then extended PRONOIA’S service offerings to include: OD consulting, Training, Executive Coaching and an EAS (psychology service).

In the last five years, Sarah’s business has grown into a national OD consultancy with close to 40 people wearing the PRONOIA smile.
PRONOIA is based in Melbourne and services clients nationally and internationally.

The PRONOIA team works with both organisations and individuals. Over the years, The PRONOIA team has worked with a wide range of clients including large international law firms, major corporates, small to medium enterprises and government departments.

Sarah is a passionate and engaging facilitator and speaker who enjoys enthusing her audience with the desire to learn more about themselves and others.
