Soren LuckinsSoren Luckins
Founder and Director
Büro North

Soren began his industrial design education at The Swinburne National School of Design and diversified through his studies of architecture and graphic design at the Facchoschule Hildesheim in Germany.

His discipline-crossing antics inspired him to develop multi-disciplinary design studio Büro North, arguably his best design project. Soren is continually developing Büro’s design practice which strikes a balance between professionalism and creative play.

Recently revered as one of the ‘most exciting designers under 30’ with a 'Young Guns Award' by the New York Art Directors Club, Soren has transported Büro’s expertise well-beyond national borders.

Soren says his robust design integrity can be attributed to his ongoing commitment to educating himself about design and the broader social context within which it operates. His ultimate design satisfaction is derived through solving multi-dimensional design challenges, fusing innovation and pragmatic refinement.
