Tim provides strategy and operations consulting services to clients operating in the private and public sectors. He specialises in strategic market research and analysis to help clients turn great ideas into commercial successes. He works closely with clients at all stages of their growth assisting them in achieving targets.

Tim has assisted clients with market growth, entry and planning strategies, operational efficiency reviews, as well as performing buyer-side commercial due diligence analysis for various acquisitions. Tim studied for 5 years at The University of Melbourne and completed a Commerce degree with first-class honours in 2003. His honours thesis investigated overcoming the first-mover advantage in a market and understanding the power of cognitive dissonance.
