Why Design?
Why design. . . . . ? I’m not sure that we have had, or do have, a choice. Design is intrinsically linked with the opportunity to change the way we live. What is not seen has big impacts, creating smarter design solutions along the life line of a product is vital. Getting the really simple things right is important; sustainable material selection, waste minimisation and designing for end of life can be easy fixes. It all comes down to weighing up the positive and negative legacies of our ideas.
